Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment.
Shipping And Handling
Postal
If you place an order with us before 12pm, subject to the item been in stock and your payment has cleared your purchase should be with you within 5 working days. If you place an order after 12pm, please allow an extra day. You will need to sign for the order and we are unable to leave it without a signature!

Collection
If you select our 'collect at shop' service, subject to the item been in stock and your payment has cleared, the item should be available for collection within 48 hours. Please see our website for current opening hours. If you leave your mobile number, we will send you a text message when the item is ready to be collected.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days .
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
